Wiring when assembling the power supply block
Closeup arround FEB3
(1) Connect the circuit power supply and noice filter board with CNAC.
Connect the circuit power supply and the ballast power supply with CNDC.
(2) Pass the
TSW
, lamp fan lead, power supply fan lead and CNBA
T
through the incision of insulation seat.
(3) Put the FEB2 and FEB3, and make them to fix.
(4) Wiring of the CNBAR. Fix the insulation seat with tape.
(5) Style the
TSW cable to direction and fix it with the tape.
Wiring except for the power unit
(1)
Attach the igniter lead to bottom case with wire clamp #2200.
(2) Connect the CNRM to the remote board.
(3) Connect the CNSW to the switch board.
(4) Connect the CNBA

to the battery board.

Insert the CNBAR between case and sheet.
Fix the protection sheet with tape.

No cable stack between FEB2 and CN2.
Push the cable from FEB2 to FEB3 into the ditch to prevent the slack.
Make sure the FEB3 is not floating.
FEB3 interferce the engine when it is floating.
Put the excessive length of CNAC(from FEB3 to power unit case) to
the space between fan and boss.
If the engine was lifted when attaching it, FEB3 sometimes lifts the engine.
Push the FEB3 to the direction.
