Assembly Key Point and Wiring diagram
7.1 Module Assembly Key Point – Optical Engine
7.1.1 Assembly LP Module
7.1.1.1 Assembly LP Module to HSG DMD
i. Assembly “Clip LP” and lock with screw well (Fig. 7-1).
ii. Press CLIP of RE_BKT_LP first, and then push it into the hole (Fig. 7-2).
iii. Placed LP Module on LP datum of “DMD HSG” and pre-assembly of Overfill
adjustment screws well (Fig. 7-3).
iv. Assembly “Baffle LP” first (Fig. 7-4) & push “Baffle LP” to hook DMD HSG (Fig. 7-5).
v. When Lock the screw of Baffle LP, the hand must push the left corner of Baffle LP
before (Fig. 7-6).
vi. Lock the screw of Baffle LP well then release the hand (Fig. 7-7).
vii. Assembly two Overfill adjustment screws (M2, 8L) to HSG DMD (Fig. 7-8):
Assemble "Horizontal adjustment screw" as first, and then "Vertical adjustment
screw". Refer Chapter 4.4.3, "Overfill (Blue-Edge) adjustment" to adjust the
projected image if necessary.
