How to Install the Washing Machine

Connecting the power

 

n

Connect the washing machine to an alternating current via a correctly installed earthed socket only.

 

n

The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage speci

fi

 cation on the washing machine.

 

n

Connection speci

fi

 cations as well as the required fuses are stipulated on the washing machine 

nameplate.

 

n

Do not plug the washing machine into an extension lead or power strip with multiple sockets.

Level Adjustment

 

n

All four adjustable feet must be 

fi

 rmly on the ground. The washing machine must not wobble.

 

n

Check the alignment of the washing machine with a spirit level, and adjust the feet if it’s not aligned.

Loosening

Lock nut

Loosen the lock nut by unscrewing in the arrow 
direction 

 then stabilize the unit with the 

adjustable feet.

Lock nut

Tightening 

After adjustment, tighten the lock nut by screwing 
it in the arrow direction 

.

Plastic base plate

Tighten the lock nut until it 
reaches the plastic base plate.

Adjustable leg is not over 25 mm.

Under-counter installation

 

n

You need a space at least 3 mm of clearance on the sides, above and back.

 

n

If the height of the space ranges from 823 mm to 852 mm, use upper plate (sold separately).

Upper Plate :
Part No. BD-W80MV 150
Please contact your local 
dealer when installing the 
upper plate.

Necessary clearance :

(Sides) At least 3 mm

(Back) At least 3 mm

(Above) At least 3 mm

For neater installation under the counter, check the height of internal measurement before

 tting and 

adjust to the appropriate height with the adjustable feet.
