(1) Equation of total number of line for partial scan mode
The total number of line = 33+ OFFSET/12 + (1207-HEIGHT-OFFSET)/12

(2) Equation of total number of line for partial scan and binning mode
The total number of line = 22+ OFFSET/12 + HEIGHT/2 + (1202-HEIGHT-OFFSET)/12

Frame rate = (45000000 / 1920) / The total number of line
