Service Information
SELVAS Healthcare, Inc. offers free and paid services by
the Fair Trade Commission and consumer damage
compensation standards.
Free Service
If a manufacturing defect is encountered while using the
product, you are entitled to free repair service for two years
from the date of purchase.
Note: This warranty applies to all parts excluding the
monitor which is warranted for one year.
Also note: If malfunction occurs due to damage caused by
direct customer negligence or due to natural disaster such
as flooding or fire, the customer is responsible for all
related repair costs, even if such malfunction occurs during
the warranty period.
Compensation provisions are based on a Fair Trade
Commission's announced consumer compensation criteria.
