Put the machine in safe conditions.
•
Open the front Carter and remove
both tanks
(see fig.
.
•
Remove the tunnel cover and remove
the brush
(see fig.
.
•
Remove the
Right Bearing
from the
tunnel cover by loosening the screw
and separate the right bearing and
the
bushing
(see fig.
.
•
Turn the handlebar forward in hori-
zontal position and put the machine
vertically
(see fig.

•
Remove the
front carter
by releas-
ing the retaining rod and unscrew
the screws, paying attention to the
washers.
•
Remove the hoses cover by unscrew-
ing the fixing screws.
•
Disconnect the brush motor connec-
tor, and free the wiring from the fix-
ing clevis.
