button to clear all of the areas you set without saving it.

Configuring RS-232/485 Settings
8.5.1 RS-232 Settings
Purpose:
The RS-232 serial port can be used for the configuration by the serial port management tools.
Steps:
1.
Click
Remote Configuration> Serial Port Settings> 232 Serial Port
to enter RS-232 port setting interface:

Note:
If you want to connect the camera by the RS-232 port, the parameters of the RS-232 should be exactly the
same with the parameters you configured here.

Click
Save
to save the settings.
8.5.2 RS-485 Settings
Purpose:
The RS-485 serial port is used to control the PTZ of the camera. The configuring of the PTZ parameters should be
done before you control the PTZ unit.
Steps:
