• Cabin Warning Interface (CWI) is connected to TWI and
mounted in the cabin to warn the driver, visible and
audible from the driving position for transport, indicates
when the loader height exceeds a predetermined
maximum and when the manual operated stabiliser
extensions/tiltable legs are not locked in the transport
position.
• The audible warning can be silenced by an
acknowledgement button [option] or by a signal
indicating that the parking brake of the vehicle is engaged.
The vehicle must not be moved
1. Switch the system on, put the loader into the transport position.
2. Switch off the system. The vehicle may be moved.
DANGER
After use always put the loader into the transport position! When you have to park
the boom on the load space, or over the load, secure the boom and the lifting
accessories to prevent any unintentional movement of the loader and the lifting
accessories.
7.4. Emergency operation of the dump valve
In event of a failure in the safety system the oil is dumped
immediately to the tank. To be able to operate the loader to
parked position when it is unserviceable follow these steps.
1. Unscrew the domed nut and break the security sealing
on the dump valve
2. Use a screwdriver to turn the screw into a position
preventing the normal operation of the loader.
Pressurized oil will now enter the system.
3. Operate the loader into parking position.
WARNING
Operate the loader with the utmost care. This emergency operation is only allowed
to operate the loader to transport position. All other actions is strictly forbidden!
The loader may only be taken back in use once the damage has been repaired by
an HIAB authorized service workshop.
