Check Baud rate setting, Mouse control monitor and device should be the
same both.

Check DVR ID setting (RS-485), its DVR ID should be the same as
Mouse control monitor setting.

Check DVR name setting (with Mouse control monitor), its DVR number
corresponding with Mouse control monitor video input channel. The DVR
sequence is very important that will cause CAM ID number error.(

If it doesn’t work as well, check your DVR user manual and entry its
menu to confirm all setting is correct.
