Step1. Make sure your setting is correct.
Check Connecting & Wiring are all set again !!
a. LCD Setting menu

b. Protocol(Port2) is Hisharp/Others ?
Model recognition is automatically, if unknown
protocol will appear common block function only.
c. Baudrate(Port2) is 2400/4800/9600/19600/38400 /
57600/115200 ?
Step2. Entry the Matrix operation enviroment
a. Click the mouse Right button(there mouse main key is
Left) then select Matrix Setting in full screen.
b. You should login your Matrix first and default password
is 12121212(reference) by virtual keyboard.
c. Start your Matrix application, all functions have listed
as below, just designed for HS products, the others model
please refer to specific user manual.
