•Where necessary, to tighten the ends of the spring with a plastic collar to make sure that this one remains in
place.

D - Revision of motor
The revision engine consists in carrying out a standard exchange of your engine by another provided by
Hexagone or one of its approved distributor.
In no case, a revision exerted by your care could be regarded as a revision of manufacturer and will cancel in
fact all warrabnty of your appliance.
To follow the procedure n°1 to exit of the belts included and then:
•To unhook the spring of engine to release the engine and to be able to withdraw it by maintaining the
caterpillar placed upwards to authorize the passage of the engine
•To unscrew the M12 plug manually (located at the back of the engine)
•To take the new engine and to screw up the new engin connector
by tightening the connector to the hand
(a locating pin prevents a bad connection). It is necessary to tighten the ring correctly by holding the head of
connector coming from the cable.
•To give the new engine places from there while taking guard that the fork at the back of the engine is caught
on the slide envisaged for this purpose. To mark the serial numbers old/new engines in the notebook
maintenance
•To position the spring while controlling that the spring is well taken on the 2 claws
You can go up the drive
E - Change of filters
•To open the hood
•To withdraw the complete plate of filtration.
•Using a large flat screwdriver, to make lever on the central column of the plate of filtration for remove the ring
of the filter. Not to draw on the ring under penalty of breaking the column, which could not be taken under
warranty.
•To install the new filter
•Put back the ring with the hand by taking care of good positionning of 2 notches so that the third can be set
up.
F - Change of filtration join
The various joints of filtration make it possible to guarantee a minimum rate of sealing of the appliance for
allowing an effecient aspiration. The joins are stuck with a little adhesive cyanoacrylate which you can order on
our retailer.
All these joints are to be removed then to clean surfaces of contact by removing the residues of adhesive and
old joints.
To fix the joins while sticking them with at least 8 points of adhesive. Wait minimum of 20 minutes before
putting robot back to water
G - Changement des piles de la radiocommande
•UIsing a rather fine screwdriver, to unscrew the 2 screws placed at the back of the case of the remote control.
•Cchange 3 piles AAA
•Check that the joint of the compartment of pile is well in place and to close again the lid with the 2 screws
previously removed while tightening with the screwdriver.
