WIELAND ST18/3 device plug system
Note:
Depending on the configuration ordered, there is a pre-
fitted WIELAND plug (male) with brown/red coding in the
LED KIT and in the “PROFESSIONAL” / “PROFESSIONAL
HP” version, this is assigned with (L I PSt I N). With many
standard luminaires (usually in the SKI version), a device
socket from ADELS with white coding or a device socket
from WIELAND with black coding is fitted on the supply
line and attached to the central protective conductor
connection. If no control line exists or is to be used on
the pole side, this white/black socket (female) can be
combined with the brown/red plug on the LED KIT pro-
vided that the PSt conductor is disconnected from the
plug on the LED KIT side. This should be clearly marked
on the WIELAND plug for inspections at a later date.
Alternatively, a WIELAND socket with red/brown coding
can be ordered as an accessory and fitted on the supply
line in place of the white socket, in which case the pro-
tective conductor must not be attached!
The PSt control
input of the LED KIT must never be connected with the
protective conductor.
In the “Basic” version, the central contact of the WIELAND
plug, which may be fitted on the LED KIT, is not assigned.
In this case, the supply line’s socket can be connected
just as it is.
