Step 3 :(figure 3) install the guide plate cover and tighten the guide plate and chain.

Press (Figure 3-1) to align the small lug on the guide plate with the chassis slot, then 

close the guide plate cover;

Press (Figure 3-2) to pretighten the guide plate clockwise before pressing the guide 

plate, then clockwise tighten the chain knob until it is about 3mm from the edge of the 
chain to the guide plate (As shown in Figure 3-3).Then tighten the guide plate and install 
the tightening knob.

During a period of time after installation, the chain is liable to become loose. Please 

check the chain tensioning constantly before use.

If the chain is too loosely installed, it may dislocate.

 

---

The chain shall be installed and removed in a clean sawdust free or similar position.

 

 

Remove guide plate and chain:

 

Steps: Loosen the tightening knob of the guide plate counterclockwise, remove the cover 
of the guide plate directly, and then remove the guide plate and chain.
