4. General warranty conditions
Profi Line pots are covered by the warranty. The warranty
covers
defects of pots, disclosed during the war-
ranty period from the date of sale, which are manufacturing or material defects, including:
• cracks of the pot body,
• stratification of the pot’s bottom,
• broken handles.
Products with defects covered by the warranty will be replacedfor new ones.
The warranty
does not cover:
• mechanical damages caused by the user (impacts, drops and / or scratches) durring operationand / or
transport,
• defects caused by improper use and/or non-compliance withe general user and care instructions, includ-
ing but not limited to:
- thermal deformations,
- discoloration, stains or other chemical changes as a result of improper use or cleaning,
- overheating and discoloration due to prolonged exposure to the heat source,
• damage caused by an unauthorized attempt to repair the product orusing the product contrary to its in-
tended use.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights resulting from the provisions on the warranty
for defects in the sold item, and the permissions resulting from it may be exercised independently.
