Preparations before first use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check to make sure the appliance is undam-
aged. In case of incomplete delivery and dam-
ages, DO NOT use the appliance. Please con-
tact supplier (See ==> Warranty).
• Clean the appliance before use (See ==> Clean-
ing and Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and
heat resist surface that is safe against water
splashes.
• Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Keep
a minimum distance of 20 cm around the ap-
pliance.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your
appliance in the future.
Note:
Due to manufacturing process, the appli-
ance may emit a slight odor and smoke
in the first few cycles. This is normal and
does not indicate any defect or hazard.
Discard the water from the first few cycles
to remove any residues from the manufac-
turing process.
Operation
Functions of main parts
Part Function
ON/OFF switch
- Switch the appliance ON or OFF.
- Green light illuminates when ON.
Note: The green indicator is not light up when the dry boiling protection is ac-
tivated.
Temperature dial
- Switch the heating function on or off and set the temperature from approx.
30°C ~ 100°C.
Heating indicator (2) Heating indicator
- Light up in orange to show the heating function is activated.
RESET indicator (1) Reset indicator
- Light up in red to show the dry boiling protection function is activated.
Filling the appliance
• Make sure the tap is closed.
• Do not fill the appliance beyond the MAX mark-
ing on the inner wall of the container. It is rec-
ommended not to operate the appliance if the
liquid level that displayed in the liquid level in-
dicator is too low.
• Do not store the liquid for long period of time.
• Always close the lid after filling and fasten it by
turning “clockwise” to lock into place.
Switch ON/OFF the appliance
• Plug into a suitable electrical outlet.
• Switch ON the appliance by pressing the switch
to the “I” position. Green light will on.
• Then, select the temperature by turning the
“Temperature dial” [Range: 30°C ~ 100°C
(MAX)].
• HEATING indicator will light on in orange.
Note:
The heating indicator will be light on and
off automatically to indicate the heating
function is performed after a temperature
is selected in order to maintain the set
temperature.
