Problem solutions
The following list will help you to solve minor problems yourself. Select
the relevant problem description and check and perform the steps listed
under
Solution
in sequence as necessary until the problem is solved.

Solution
BPC-Tool does not boot.
• Press the on/off button.
• Check the connection of the
connecting cable to the BPC-
Tool and the battery.
• Charge the battery.
• Replace the type AA batteries in
the BPC-Tool.

Care and maintenance
• Like every tool, the BPC-Tool must be handled with care.
• Regularly clean the BPC-Tool with non-aggressive cleaning agents.
• Use commercial household cleaning detergents and a moistened, soft
cleaning cloth.
• Replace damaged cables/accessories immediately.
• Always use original spare parts.
