AVOID GETTING BURNED.
Features of your ESC
• Waterproof and dustproof. The ESC can work underwater for a short time.
• Specially designed for RC cars and trucks, with excellent start-up,
acceleration and linearity features.
• Automatic throttle range calibration - easy to use!
• Low Voltage Cut-off (LVC) protection for LiPo or NiMH battery.
• Overheat protection.
• Throttle signal loss protection.
• Motor blocked protection.
• Easily programmed with jumpers.
Your ESC has been pre-installed at the factory but before using your
vehicle each time it is good to double check the wiring for damage or loose
connections to ensure everything is in working order before. Refer to the
diagram below to check the connections of your electronics system.
Throttle Range Calibration
Unlike other systems that require manual setup, your Helion Brushed ESC
features automatic calibration. However, for this feature to function properly
you need to ensure the throttle channel of the transmitter (CH.2) is set to N
(normal). Please also set the transmitter’s throttle channel D/R, EPA and ATL
to 100% and set the throttle trim to 0. For non computer transmitters, turn
the D/R, EPA and ATL dials to their maximum travel and the trim to its neutral
position.
