Troubleshooting
Minor, irrelevant problems can often arise. We therefore ask you to first consult the table below before
contacting qualified customer service.

The device is not
functional.
The device has no power. Check the socket with another
one

A cooking time has not been set. Please set the desired time.

Overfilled fry basket Reduce the amount in the frying

grease splashes inside can cause
smoke to develop.
