VII. TROUBLESHOOTING
Before you call for technician or send your machine for repair, please check from this
troubleshooting list:
1.
The machine does not work
Possible Causes:

Is the power cut?

Is the power supply cord connected to a power outlet?

Is the pulsator tangled with something?
2.
Unable to drain
Possible Causes:
-
Has the drain hose been lowered?
-
Is the drain hose frozen?
-
Is the drain hose blocked?
-
Have any clothes fallen outside of the spin tub?

Abnormal sound while washing
Possible Causes:

Are there any loose articles in the wash tub?
4.
There is an abnormal sound and/or violent vibration while spinning
Possible Causes:

Is the machine placed on a flat and solid ground?

Has the spinner cap been placed into the spin tub?

Have any clothes fallen outside of the spin tub?

Is there too much laundry in the spin tub?
Do not attempt to repair the machine by yourself!
