Voltage if unit is dual Voltage rated, i.e. 208V for 208-230V units.
For dry coil performance first calculate the face velocity of the air coil (Face Velocity [FPM] = Airflow [CFM] / Face Area [sqft]).Then use preceding wet coil to dry coil conversion table.
