CHARGING
YOUR
APOLLO
-
E
600
Your Apollo-E600 is powered by a lithium polymer battery and should
not be removed from the device.
We recommend that you fully charge your Apollo-E600 before using it
for the first time. A full charge can take several hours, and will allow
for up to 16 hours of use. Your Apollo-E600 will stop working when
the battery’s power has been completely depleted.
To maximize the extended life of the battery, keep the hearing aid
plugged into the charger when not in use for an extended period of
time. Charging your hearing aid is similar to charging a cellphone.
1. Turn your Apollo-E600 off by rotating the volume wheel to “0”
(you should feel a slight “click”).
2. Plug the mini-USB connector into the charging port on your
hearing aid
3. Plug the regular USB connector into the AC power plug. You can
also plug it into a computer USB port or any other standard USB
power source used for charging other electronic devices.
A blue LED indicator light will appear on the program
button, below the volume wheel, indicating the hearing
aid is connected. The blue indicator light will turn
green when the Apollo-E600 has reached a full charge.
It can take several hours to reach a full charge.
There is no harm by leaving the hearing aid connected once it is fully charged.
