Exercise Monitor Function

EXERCISE MONITOR FUNCTION:

Heart rate programs

1. Programs P18-P22 are heart rate programs

Program 18: 55% Maximum heart rate 

→ 

target heart rate = (220 - age) x 55%

Program 19: 65% Maximum heart rate 

→ 

target heart rate = (220 - age) x 65%

Program 20: 75% Maximum heart rate 

→ 

target heart rate = (220 - age) x 75%

Program 21: 85% Maximum heart rate 

→ 

target heart rate = (220 - age) x 85%

Program 22: Target heart rate 

→ 

Training in your pulling heart rate

2. In the heart rate programs, the computer adjusts the resistance level as appropriate

heart rate to keep you in your target heart rate. When the heart rate is above the set

value, the computer automatically decreases that resistance level. If your heart rate

is too low, the computer automatically increases that resistance level.

3. Press the UP / DOWN button to select and confirm a user P18-P22.

4. In Programs, P18-P21 flashes in the age display, press the UP / DOWN

buttons to set your age. The standard age is 35 years.

5. In Program P22, the target heart rate flashes, press the UP / DOWN keys to

set the range between 80 and 180 beats per minute. The default value is 120.

6. After confirming with the ENTER key, the Time indicator flashes. Press the UP / DOWN

button to set the desired Time and press the ENTER button to confirm.

7. Next, the Distance indicator flashes. Press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired

distance and press the ENTER button to confirm.

8. The Calorie indicator flashes. Press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired

calorie consumption and press ENTER to confirm.

9. Press the START / STOP button to start the workout.
