MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Follow the hourly or calendar intervals, whichever occurs first. More frequent service will
be required if working for prolonged periods under dusty, dry conditions, or when air-
borne debris is present or after extensive operation cutting tall, dry grass.
Change engine oil
Check oil level.
Remove grass debris from around engine, muffler / muffler guard and air ways in the
top cowl.
Remove grass debris from top and underside of deck housing.
Remove grass debris from the grassbag and check for signs of damage.
Check condition of guards and safety devices.
Check condition of cutterbar.
Change engine oil if continuously operating under heavy load or high ambient
temperature.
Lubricate wheels, pivot points and linkages.
Grease inner control cables at point of entry and exit from their outer casings.
Check clutch cable adjustment.
Sharpen cutterbar.
AFTER FIRST 5 HOURS
EVERY 5 HOURS OR DAILY
EVERY 25 HOURS OR EVERY SEASON
