d. Guide bar
Cleaning: Remove bar guide to remove dirt from grooves and
oil inlet.
Regularly grease the pinion.
Check: Reverse the bar from time to time to avoid the effects
of wear. The bar rail should always be in place. Use a ruler
to observe it. If a gap is observed between them, then the
rail is normal. Otherwise, the rail is worn out. A bar must be
corrected or replaced.
e. Sprocket
Check the sprocket on signs of wear. If wearing is important,
replace it with a new one. Do not install a chain on a worn or
damaged sprocket. Do not install a worn chain on a pinion.
f. Spark plug
Clean the electrodes with a wire brush and set the gap to
0.6mm if necessary.
