on the button will be green.

Heating element(s) defective.

Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.

Temperature controller defective.

Unit not hot enough.

Setpoint temperature too low.

Increase the setpoint temperature.

Heating element(s) defective.

Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.

Unit not working at all.

Unit not turned on.

Review “Operating the Unit” in the OPERATION section of 

this manual.

Unit not plugged in.

Plug unit into proper power supply.

Circuit breaker tripped.

Reset circuit breaker. If circuit breaker continues to trip, 

contact an Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.

Temperature controller defective.

Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
