Hatco Remote Frost Top Drop-In Shelves are specially
designed to hold quick-turnaround, cold foods such as pre-
chilled beverages, snacks, hors d’oeuvres, and side dishes.
The insulated, top-mount units are designed for full-size sheet
pans and are available in one, two, and three pan standard
configurations as well as two and three pan slim configurations.
The components of the Remote Frost Top Drop-In Shelves
are shipped as separate pieces that require field installation
and connection. This provides the end user greater installation
flexibility than self-contained units. The components include a
refrigerated well, a control panel, and a condensing unit (FTBR
and FTBR-S Models). For installations that already have an
appropriate condensing unit, Remote Frost Top Drop-In
Shelves are available with the Frost Top Drop-In Shelf and
control panel only (FTBX and FTBX-S Models). One year parts
and on-site labor warranty is standard.
Hatco Remote Frost Top Drop-In Shelves are a product of
extensive research and field testing. The materials used were
selected for maximum durability, attractive appearance, and
optimum performance. Every unit is inspected and tested
thoroughly prior to shipment.
This manual provides the installation, safety, and operating
instructions for Remote Frost Top Drop-In Shelves. Hatco
recommends all installation, operating, and safety instructions
appearing in this manual be read prior to installation or
operation of a unit.
