Dental chair unit operation 

 

 

 

Do not put any objects underneath seat or place hands or other body parts to 
moving part such as the backrest. 

  Doing so, it may cause physical injury or property damage/ breakdown of 

the dental chair unit 

 

 
 
 
 

 

 

The dental chair unit should not be installed in places of inclination, vibration, 
shock or unsafe surroundings. 

  Only an authorized person should operate the dental chair unit. 

 Keep an eye on patients during the device operation. 

 Do not take any action which may cause risks to patients. 

  Do not place fingers, part of body on moving parts. 

▶ Do not put more than 2 persons on the chair.

 

(such as a parent holding a child) 

  Anyone who  is not  being treated should  not be nearby  dental  chair unit. 

(children) 

  Avoid any actions which can be considered risky to the patient and may 

cause accident, damage or breakdown. 

 

 

 

Do not apply excessive weight to the table arm and the operating lamp arm. 
Do  not  put  heavy  objects  on,  lean  to  or  sit  on  the  edge  of  seat,  backrest, 
headrest, dentist table or mouse tray. 

  Doing so, the dental chair unit may fall down causing damage, breakdown 

and injury. 

 

 

 

CAUTION 

Make sure that the dental chair unit is operated properly and safely during a 

patient treatment. 

 Otherwise, malfunction or breakdown may occur. 

 

 
 

 

CAUTION 

If  a  risky  situation  occurs  such  as  collision  during  the  chair  movement,  an 

emergency stop should be performed by any of the following ways. 

 Press any switch in the 

doctor’s

 control panel. 

 Press any switch in the 

assistant’s

 control panel. 

 Press a foot controller pedal. 

 Press a safety switch (backrest or assistant table).
