Loading tab

: This tab must face into the scanner. A magnet inside the 

scanner grabs the holder here.

White calibration slot

: Before each scan, the scanner makes a white 

calibration through this opening.

Slide clasp

: grabs each slide from the magazine.

Flexible back plate

: this flexible metal plate is wrapped onto the
