Ensure the device is
used in the appropriate
measuring mode and
that a single-use pro-
tective cap is not used
to take forehead tem-

Use the thermometer
only within the tem-
perature ranges indi-
cated. Clean the sensor
tip if necessary. In case
of repeated error mes-
sages, contact your
specialist dealer or
customer service.
The temperature
measured is less
than 34°C
The operating
temperature is
not between 10°C
and 40°C.
Use the ear and forehead
fever thermometer only
within the temperature
ranges indicated.
The thermometer
is positioned
incorrectly or is
not stable.
Note correct positioning

for use and repeat the

12. Warranty conditions
We provide a 3-year warranty from date of purchase on
this premium quality ear and forehead fever thermometer,
subject to the conditions listed below.
Warranty claims must be made during the warranty period.
The purchase date must be documented by an appropriately
completed and stamped warranty certificate or proof of
purchase.
HARTMANN will replace or repair free of charge any faulty
device components caused by material faults or manufactu-
ring errors within the warranty period. This does not extend
the warranty period.
