Returns the state of the statistics settings password-protection.
Example: SYST:PASS:STAT?
Response: 0
A value of 1 is returned if the statistics settings password-protection is enabled,
otherwise, a value of 0 is returned.

SYSTem:PASSword:STATistics <bool>
Sets the state of the statistics settings password-protection.
Example: SYST:PASS:STAT 1
The <bool> parameter turns the statistics settings password-protection on (1 or
ON) or off (0 or OFF). This command is password protected. Commands pro-
tected with this setting are: CALC:AVER:CLE and DATA:DST... ,
