3DS3 CAPACITY USE (Constellation 155)

For a Constellation Radio with an HLM-3xDS3 unit, there are three channel 
configurations from which to select. Select DS3 only, select any DS3 channel to 
drop to 28 T1, or select any DS3 channel for a partial add-drop (4 T1, 8 T1, 12 
T1, or 16 T1).
