System status LED
•
Off
: the system is off.
•
Green, solid on
: the system is on and status is
healthy.
•
Green, blink
: the system is operating in a
redundant or degraded state but still functional. A
loss of redundancy may have occurred, such as
a power supply unit or fan.
•
Amber, blink
: the system is likely to fail, but is
still working. A critical threshold may have been
crossed, such as temperature or voltage, or a
disk drive failure has occurred.
•
Amber, solid on
: the system has failed or shut
down.

Power/Sleep button with
integrated LED
Toggles the power on and off. The power-on
indicator lights green when the system power is on.
When the power-on indicator is off, this indicates
that no power is supplied to the system.

Drive activity LED
Indicates drive activity.
Spectrum X rear panel
The Spectrum X rear panel provides network connectivity, serial connections, and audio and video I/O
connections.

Two redundant, hot-swappable power supplies are
provided, each with an independent AC In connector. If
one supply fails, the load is transferred to the remaining
supply without interruption to service. To take full
advantage of the redundant supplies, Harmonic
recommends that you use separate, isolated power
sources for each AC input.
