PLoW INStaLLatIoN

The plow attaches to the underside of the power chair, enabling

automatic locking and unlocking of the chair to the platform of

the lift.
Due to the many different makes and models of power chairs, a

variety of plow arrangements exist

[Figure 35-1]

to ensure the chair

will be compatible with the Dock 'N' Lock system.
Read, understand, and follow the instructions provided with your

specific plow.
We highly recommend installing the Plow under the chair prior to

adjusting the heights of the Dock 'N' Lock on the platform

[Figure

35-2]

. This ensures the guidelines on the next page are accurate.

If you need additional holes to install the plow, be sure to remove

the power chair’s batteries and inspect the back side of the tray.

Avoid drilling electronics or wires, damaging the chair.
