Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure the following parts are included.
If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on the
cover of this manual as soon as possible.
Machine Preparation Before Use
Caution: Avoid health hazards: Before assembling, thoroughly wash all
Meat and Sausage Grinder parts.
1.
Clean all unassembled parts in the dishwasher. Never wash the Grinder, however, in
the dishwasher.
2.
After assembly, test the Meat and Sausage Grinder by running several
slices of day-old bread through the machine to insure that all parts are
working properly.
3.
After each use, clean the Meat and Sausage Grinder thoroughly.
4.
Do not submerge the electrical assembly in water.
5.
Detach parts and wash in mild antibacterial detergent and warm water.
6.
Dry parts and reassemble when ready to use.
