Mount the PipeFeeder with the included mounting parts. Mount the brackets to
the side fence first. Don
’
t tight them. Shove the PipeFeeders into the brackets.
Mount the PipeFeeders about 10cm above the Feed trough. Between the
bottom of the trough and the underside of the PipeFeeder should be at least
26cm height. Be sure there is a good ventilation around the PipeFeeder. Then
turn tight the brackets on the PipeFeeders and the side fence.
Important!
•
Clean the feed trough regularly. Make sure no feed remains get left
between the PipeFeeder and the feed trough.
•
Make sure no water gets into the PipeFeeder as this can impair its
functioning.
•
Make sure there is sufficient room between the PipeFeeders and
the feed trough as this will stop the cow
’
s breath from condensing.
