dishwashers
Danger of explosion!
Solvents can create an explosive mix-
ture.

Never put solvents into the appliance.
Risk of poisoning!
Dishwasher detergents, rinse aid and
dishwasher salt can be damaging to
the health.
■
Keep these products out of the reach
of children and pets.
■
Never use the water inside the appli-
ance as drinking water.
Risk of injury!
Knives and other pointed or sharp-
edged objects can cause injuries.
■
Always place pointed and sharp-
edged objects with the pointed or
sharp edge pointing downwards in
the cutlery basket.
■
Ensure that children do not load such
objects which may cause injury into
the appliance.
■
Load the appliance in such a way
that no objects which may cause in-
jury fall out of the dish racks when
the appliance is next opened and the
dish racks are removed.
Risk of scalding!
If you open the dishwasher door during
operation, there is a risk that hot water
will spray out of it.
■
When opening the dishwasher door,
always use just the handle. Maintain
a safe distance from the appliance
in order to avoid water/steam which
may escape.
The hot dishwater will cause the dishes
and the inside of the appliance to heat
up. Touching them can therefore cause
scalding.
■
Do not touch the dishes, cutlery or the
inside of the appliance immediate-
ly after the dishwashing programme
has fi nished.
Trip hazard!
An open dishwasher door can easily be-
come a trip hazard.
■
Close the dishwasher door after every
use.
■
Only leave the dishwasher door slight-
ly open to cool down.
Damage to property
Improper handling of the appliance
may result in damage.
■
Never leave the appliance unsuper-
vised for an extended period when
the tap is on.
■
During storms or when going on holi-
day, always withdraw the mains plug
from the socket and close the water
tap.
