Troubleshooting table
Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The dishes are not com-
pletely clean.
There are food scraps which
are encrusted onto the dish-
es.
Soak dirty dishes prior to washing
the dishes.
The dishes have not been
stacked optimally.
Stack the dishes in such a way that
all parts can be reached by the wa-
ter jets (see „Loading the dishwash-
er“ on page GB-13).
You have selected the incor-
rect wash programme.
Select the correct dishwashing pro-
gramme (see „Dischwasher pro-
gramme table“ on page GB-16).
The dishwasher detergent is
incorrectly dosed.
Use the correct dosage of dish-
washer detergent (see „Dischwash-
er programme table“ on page GB-16).
The water pressure is too low. Turn the water tap on completely.
The wash arm can not rotate
unhindered.
Ensure that no dishes are impeding
the motion of the wash arm.
The nozzles on the wash arm
are blocked/calcified.
Clean the nozzles (see „Cleaning
the wash arm“ on page GB-21).

: It takes too long for the
water to fill up.
Turn the water tap on completely.
Arrange the inlet hose properly so that it is not kinked (see „Connect-
ing the inlet hose“ on page GB-23).
Ensure that the water pressure is correct. See „Technical specifi-
cations“ on page GB-34.

: The heating element is
defective.
Have the appliance examined and repaired.

: Water overflow.
Switch off the tap. Find the gap in the seal (or have someone find it)
and repair the leak (or have it repaired).

: Internal error.
Have the appliance examined and repaired.

: Button depressed /
caught
Press and hold the button for more than 30 seconds.
