Changing the door hinges
NOTICE

Improper handling of the appliance
may result in damage.

Do not tilt the appliance more than
45°.
■
Do not lay it on its side.
Depending on the space conditions, you can
change the direction of the door hinges on
your appliance. This work, however, requires
you to have a certain degree of craftsmanship
skills. Please read the following steps com-
pletely before changing the hinges.
You will need the following tools to change
the door hinges:
– medium size cross-tip screwdriver
– medium size flat-headed screwdriver
Removing the glass door
1. Ensure that the appliance is not connect-
ed to the power supply.
2. Remove the presentation box (5) or pres-
entation shelf (8), the bottle shelfs (7) and
if necessary the small bottle shelf (6).

3. Gently push the blanking plate (19) and
hinge cover (20) upwards with a slotted
screwdriver and remove them.
Hold onto the blanking plate and hinge
cover.

4. Ensure that the glass door (3) cannot slip
away and loosen the screws (a) on the
upper hinge (21). Use the cross-tip screw-
driver.
5. Remove the screws and the top hinge
and hold onto all parts.
6. Lift the glass door up and set it aside.

7. Remove the washers (b) from the lower
hinge (22).

8. Loosen the screws (c) and remove the
lower hinge from the appliance.
