Intended use
The built-in oven is designed for roast-
ing, baking, grilling and keeping food
warm. It should not be used to defrost
raw meat, poultry or fi sh.
The built-in oven should only be used
when installed in a suitable kitchen unit.
Only use the built-in oven as described
in this user manual. Any other use will
be deemed to be improper and may
cause damage to property or even per-
sonal injury. The manufacturer accepts
no liability for damage caused by im-
proper use.
The built-in oven is intended solely for
use in private households. It is not de-
signed for commercial use.
The oven lamp is intended solely for
lighting the baking compartment and
should not be used as room lighting.
The oven door must not be used as a
support prop, seat or step.
The built-in oven is not suitable for
heating a room.

WARNING
This symbol indicates a hazard with a
medium level of risk which, if not avoid-
ed, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION
This symbol indicates a hazard with a
low level of risk which, if not avoided,
could result in minor or moderate injury.

This symbol warns against possible
damage to property.
This symbol refers to useful additional
information.

Touching live parts may result in severe
injury or death.

Do not operate the built-in oven if it
exhibits visible damages. If you fi nd
transportation damage or other vis-
ible damage please inform our Cus-
tomer Service immediately (see „Our
Service Centre“ on page GB-26).

The appliance corresponds to protec-
tion class 1 and may only be plugged
into a socket with a properly installed
protective conductor. Ensure that the
voltage is correct when connecting
it. You can fi nd more detailed infor-
mation about this on the nameplate.
Connecting the device to a socket
strip or multi-plug is not permitted,
and can potentially result in fi re.
