Troubleshooting
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean
there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if
you can correct the malfunction.

The appliance operates with dangerous voltages.

Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. You can put your own and future
users’ lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to carry out this re-
pair work.

not illuminate.
The power supply is interrupted.
Check whether the power supply
is working properly.
The mains plug is not inserted into
the socket.
Insert the mains plug into a
socket.
No cycle is selected.
Check whether a cycle has been
selected, and select a cycle if
necessary.
The appliance is not switched on.
Press the “On/Off” button (7).

The condensate drawer (6) is full. Empty the condensate drawer (6).
If the indicators continue to
illuminate after that, contact

The appliance is not
starting.
The power supply is interrupted.

The appliance door (2) is open.
Check if the appliance door (2) is
closed, and close it if necessary.
A cycle has not been set.
Check whether a cycle has
been set, and select a cycle if
necessary.
The appliance is not switched on. Check if the “On/Off” button (7)
has been pressed, and press it if
necessary.
If the appliance still does not start
after that, contact our Service
department (see page EN-30).
