Wash result is not satisfactory

Use colour freshener if necessary (avail-
able at chemist’s). In future, use deter-
gent without bleaching agent.

in the socket or is not plugged in.
Plug it into the socket properly.
Socket has no voltage.
Check fuse; switch on if necessary.

Select the desired wash cycle using the
cycle selector (2).
Door is not closed properly.
Properly close the door (must hear it
‘snap’ shut).
Cycle was not started.
Press the Start/Pause button (7).
Appliance is not
receiving water.
Valve is closed.
Open valve.
Door is not closed properly.
Close door properly.
There is a kink in the water inlet
hose.
Check water inlet hose; dismantle if nec-
essary and re-align.
The water inlet hose is clogged. Clean water inlet hose filter (see
page EN-22).
Filter on inlet is clogged.

Water is not being
pumped.
Outlet hose is clogged or bent. Check outlet hose; dismantle if neces-
sary and re-align.
Lint trip is clogged.
Clean lint trap (see page EN-23).

Outlet hose is too low.
Place outlet hose higher.
Water is escaping
(appliance ‘leaking’.)
Inlet or outlet hose is not
screwed on tightly enough.
Screw down inlet or outlet hose down
tighter.
Lint trap not closed properly.
Close lint trap properly (see page EN-23).
