Cleaning the water tank
1. Remove the water tank (5).

2. Remove the lid.
3. Clean the water tank, lid and filter with
warm water.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clear water and al-
low the parts to dry completely.
5. Place the lid back onto the water tank.
6. Slide the water tank back into the
slot fully to ensure it is properly inserted.

Do not remove the cover from the in-
terior light.

Do not try to replace the interior light
or light at the ice/cold water outlet
yourself.

Improper handling of the appliance

The interior light must only be used to
illuminate the interior of the appliance.
It is not suitable for lighting a room.
The interior light (1) switches on automati-
cally when the door is opened and goes out
when the door is closed.
The light at the ice/cold water outlet (36) lights
up when dispensing ice or cold water.
Maintenance-free LEDs are used to light
the appliance. If the light fails, contact an
authorised professional (see “Service” on
page EN-42).
