4. If required, add extra dishwasher deter-
gent.
5. Hold the button (2) pressed for 3
seconds to enter the programme selec-
tion.
6. Select the new programme with the
button.
7. Select additional options if required, as
described on the previous pages.
8. Close the appliance door and press the
button to start the programme.
Adding dishes
CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
Hot steam emitted when opening the ap-
pliance door can cause scalding.

Maintain a sufficient distance from the
appliance door, and do not hold your
head or upper body directly above the
open appliance door.
n
Keep children and pets away from the
appliance when opening the appliance
door.
n
Make sure that children do not open
the appliance door during operation.
You can add more dishes even if the dish-
washing programme is already running.
In this case, the current dishwashing pro-
gramme should only have been running for
a short time, as only then can the additional
dishes be cleaned.
1. Press the button (8)
2. Wait until both spraying arms have
come to a full stop.
3. Slowly open the appliance door all the
way.
4. Add the dishes.
5. Close the appliance door and press the
button to continue the programme.
A signal tone will sound at regular
intervals while the dishwashing pro-
gramme is paused.
Unloading the dishwasher

Close the appliance door after every
use.

Only leave the appliance door slightly
open to cool down.

Improper handling of the appliance may
damage it.

Make sure that children and pets do
not stand on the open appliance door.
Once the programme has come to an end
and the dishes have cooled, you can re-
move them.
1. When unloading the dishwasher, start
with the lower rack and then unload the
upper rack. This will prevent water drip-
ping onto the lower layer of dishes from
the top layer of dishes.
