Explanation of terms
The following signal words can be found in
this user manual:
WARNING
This signal term indicates a hazard with a
medium level of risk which, if not avoided,
could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION
This signal term indicates a hazard with a
low level of risk which, if not avoided,
could result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE
This signal term warns against possible
damage to property.
Explanation of symbols
The following symbols can be found in this
user manual and/or on the appliance:
This symbol refers to useful addi-
tional information.
Definitions
‘Place setting’ means a set of tableware in-
tended for use by one person, excluding
serving dishes.
‘Operating cycle’ means a complete clean-
ing, rinsing and drying cycle, depending on
the selected programme, covering a series
of operations until the end of all activities.
‘Programme duration’ means the period
from the start of the selected programme,
without any preset time programmed by the
user, until the notification of the end of the
programme, from which point the user has
access to the tableware.
‘Preset time’ means a state in which the
user has postponed the start of the operat-
ing cycle of the selected programme for a
certain period of time.
