Dishwasher operation
Button lock / child lock
The dishwasher buttons can be locked, e.g.
for childproofing purposes.

The child lock can be
• switched on by pressing the buttons (3)
and (5) simultaneously.
Hold until the lock symbol appears on the
display.
The appliance is locked.
• switched off by pressing the buttons (3)
and (5) simultaneously.
Hold until the lock symbol disappears from
the display.
The appliance is unlocked.
Adding dishes
CAUTION!
Risk of scalding!
If you open the dishwasher door,
hot steam will come out.

Maintain a suffi cient distance from
the door and do not hold your head
or upper body directly above the
open door.
■
Keep children and pets away from the
appliance when opening the door.
■
Make sure that children do not open
the door during operation.
You can add more dishes even if the pro-
gramme is already running.
The current programme should only have
been running for a short time, otherwise the
additional dishes will not be cleaned.
1. Press the button (10) to interrupt the
programme.
The two dots in the remaining time
display (14) are permanently illuminated.
2. Open the dishwasher door slightly and
wait until the spraying arm has come to a
standstill and the steam has dispersed.
3. Slowly open the door all the way.
4. Add the dishes.
5. Close the door.
6. Press the button (10) again to continue
the programme run.

A signal tone will sound at regular
intervals while the programme run is
paused.
