Operating the oven
3. To switch to the minute display, tap the
symbol
.
4. Tap the sensor
or swipe over the slid-
er to set the number of minutes.
5. To save the set cooking time, tap the sen-
sor again
.
The display will show the remaining time
counting down. Once the pre-set cooking
time has elapsed, you will hear 10 signal
tones and the display will once again
show the time.
Safety lock/child safety lock
Your oven is equipped with a safety lock which
protects the oven from being used without
permission or unintentionally switched on or
off or the settings being changed.
• To turn on the safety lock, press the sen-
sor
for 3 seconds.
The
symbol will appear on the display.
All of the sensors will be locked.
• To deactivate the safety lock, again press
the sensor
for 3 seconds.
The symbol
will disappear from the dis-
play.
Sabbath mode
CAUTION
Risk of burns!
Power failures do not end Sabbath
mode. Once power is restored to the
oven, the oven will resume cooking. El-
ements, sides, baking trays, etc. get hot
during operation.

Keep small children away.
■
Avoid direct contact.
■
Only touch the oven door by the handle.
This function allows you to keep food warm
for 24 to 80 hours without needing to press
any buttons. The oven uses “top and bottom
heat” for this at 85 °C.
1. Switch the oven to stand-by by briefly tap-
ping the sensor
.
2. To switch to Sabbath mode, press the
sensor
for 3 seconds.
The display shows the symbol
SAB
as the
short form for ‘Sabbath’, and the standard
time of
24:00
hr
flashes.
3. Extend the cooking time using the sen-
sors
and
or the slider in steps of
10 minutes.
After a short time, the time will be saved.
4. Start Sabbath mode by pressing the sen-
sor
.
5. The display shows ‘
SAB
’.
Once the pre-set cooking time has elapsed,
you will not hear any signal tone and the
display will not show ‘
End
’. The oven will
switch into standby mode.
