Cooking with convection
Cooking with convection is possible with or
without preheating. If the preheating function
is activated, the cooking chamber will first be
heated to the pre-selected temperature be-
fore the actual cooking process starts.
Convection with preheating
Example:
You want to cook a dish for 20 minutes at
200 °C.
1. Press the “Convection” button (20).
The indicator

will flash on the dis-
play (12); at the same time the indicator
will illuminate at the top. A progress bar
will also flash at the bottom left of the dis-
play (12).
2. Turn the control dial (18) until the tem-
perature indicator

appears on the
display (12).
During this action the bar will move to the
right at the bottom of the display (12).
3. Press the “Start/+30sec./Confirm” but-
ton (17).
The indicators will no longer flash.
4. Press the “Start/+30sec./Confirm” but-
ton (17) again.
Preheating starts.
The display
and the bar at the bottom
of the display (12) will flash.
During preheating, all bars will start to il-
luminate gradually from the bottom left of
the display (12) up to the 200 °C bar. This
shows the progress of the preheating.
Once the cooking chamber has been pre-
heated, two short beeps will sound. The
temperature indicator

°C will flash.
5. Open the appliance door (5) and put the
food to be cooked in the cooking cham-
ber (1).
6. Close the appliance door (5) again.
7. Turn the control dial (18) until the indicator
20:00
appears on the display (12).
8. Press the “Start/+30sec./Confirm” but-
ton (17).
The cooking process will start.
The display
and the progress bar at the
bottom of the display (12) will flash.
Once the cooking time has elapsed, five
beeps will sound.
Convection without preheating
1. Press the “Convection” button (20).
The indicator

play (12); at the same time the indicator
will illuminate at the top. A progress bar
will also flash at the bottom left of the dis-
play (12).
