Safety
Defrosting (fan only)
Defrosting merely circulates unheat-
ed air within the cooking compart-
ment. This accelerates the defrosting
process. No heat is applied during
defrosting. Please observe the notes
in section „Special defrosting informa-
tion“ (see page EN-14).
Yeast dough, 30-45 °C
The special programme for the
preparation of yeast dough and sour-
dough and for making yogurt.

enclosed brochure “Baking, roasting and
cooking”.

1. Tap the sensor

and the standard temperature.
2. To select another function, tap on the sen-
sor
until the display shows the desired
function.

very hot during operation.

Only touch the oven door by the han-
dle.

Hot steam can fl ow from the extrac-
tion hood when the oven is in use.

Fatty foods can catch fi re.

Do not cover cakes or roasts with bak-
ing paper during cooking.

Do not allow food, baking parchment
and aluminium foil to come into con-
tact with the heating elements.

Do not store temperature-sensitive,
combustible or fl ammable objects in
the oven.
■
Do not leave the oven unattended
while cooking food in oil and grease
or with alcohol. Food may ignite of its
own accord.
