You can remove the oven rack guides togeth-
er with the telescopic oven rails if you
– need more space in the oven, e.g. when
preparing yeast dough,
– want to clean the side walls.

External cooling fan/extractor

The external cooling fan cools down the
steam and vapour that exit the oven through
the extraction hood (28) and prevents adja-
cent units from becoming too hot.

If you use the controller (13) or the funtion

(14) to (18), you will hear a signal tone.

The oven rack (3) has a ridge. It must be in-
serted with the ridge first so that food does
not touch the back wall of the oven.
The supplied baking tray (4) and the dripping
pan (5) both have an angled edge. Please en-
sure that this edge is facing forward on being
placed in the oven.
