10. Place the rudder servo back in the fuselage. Connect
the pushrod to the servo horn using a nylon pushrod
connector. Secure the servo using the hardware included
with the servo and a #1 Phillips screwdriver.
11. Slide a silicone clevis keeper on a nylon clevis.
Thread the clevis on the rudder pushrod and connect it to
the middle hole of the rudder control horn. Use the radio
system to center the rudder servo and check that the rudder
is centered. Adjust the position of the clevis if necessary.
Once centered, slide the silicone clevis keeper over the forks
of the clevis to prevent it from opening accidentally in flight.
12. Repeat Steps 4 through 6 to mount the elevator
servo in the fuselage. The position of the elevator servo
should be as close to the side of the fuselage as possible
without the bottom of the servo case hitting the fuselage
underneath the servo.
13. Slide the clear pushrod guides into the fuselage from
the openings for the elevator pushrod. Guide the tube toward
the elevator servo. Make sure the tubes are on the same side
of the rudder pushrod tube inside the fuselage.
14. Make a slight bend in pushrod wires on the elevator
pushrod. They need to be bent away from the center line
of the pushrod wire 1
